I have some exciting workshops lined up that are geared torward accessing your intuitive potentials. We will draw upon the  subtle language of color, symbol and metaphor while tapping into technical sensibilities  through drawing, paint and collage.

NEW!! Workshop Added:
Squash the Critic, Praise the Process
A Mixed-Media, Idea-Generating Workshop

Ages 15 and older
For the levels, beginners welcome

Each of us possesses a strong creative ability. Symbol, color and metaphor provide a subtle language that we can access at any time. Lauren facilitates your individual engagement with the creative process using innovative techniques that break through self-imposed barriers.

You will be guided daily through idea-generating exercises and visualizations designed for inspiration. A variety of materials and techniques will be explored such as traditional hand- made gesso, mixed media collage, embossing, oil and pastel sticks, drawing and acrylic paint processes.

The objective of workshop is to increase courage, playfulness and deepen aesthetic perception. This is an excellent class for all those seeking to expand their art practice and stimulate their hidden muse. Leave with multiple finished pieces and a head full of ideas.
